    Hey Jeff -

    From my understanding they are supposed to be selected by NISCA power points. It's a ranking by event where they give points to swims. Whoever has the most points wins. You can find the tables here:

Life News Update

For those of you still following this blog. I am moving to Virginia Beach, Virginia next month. My wife, Virginia, was offered and accepted a teaching position in the Virginia Beach area (Norfolk) and we are making the move. We actually closed on our house there yesterday as Virginia drove up there last weekend with the dogs. I'm continuing to coach in Cypress at VillaSport and I will be finishing out the season here with the team. I will making the drive to Virginia Beach next month.
